Clarence Kho

Clarence Kho has more than 25 years of experiences in international petrochemical industry across China, Asia, and the United States. He has strong track record in strategy formulation and implementation, sales and marketing, safety and operation management, major capital project investment, joint venture management and M&A. He was one of BP's (formerly British Petroleum) Global Group Leaders. As VP of Greater China Acetyls, he developed business vision and strategies to meet challenges of the dynamic environment and took the business to the next level by leading the 1.2 million ton ($500 million revenue) Acetic Acid (AA) business to achieve performance goals on growth, P&L, operation and organizational development. Before that he was the VP in charge of of BP's world leading PTA commercial activities in Asia (2.6 million ton, >$1.5 billion revenue), President of BP Zhuhai (BPZ) PTA Plant, and VP of PT Ami in Indonsia (a BP JV).
Mr. Kho served on the Board of Directors of Formosa BP Acetyls and CAPCO in Taiwan, and YARACO, BYACO and BP Zhuhai in China.
Mr. Kho holds an MBA from the University of Hull in England and a BS in Chemical Engineering from De La Salle University in the Philippines.
