Founder and Managing Partner

Yanhong has built an ecosystem to support her clients in cross border activities that include business development, fund raising and M&A. She has been viewed as a trusted advisor to investors and entrepreneurs in the US and Asia.

More than 20 of her clients have achieved their cross-border objectives, including three IPOs in 2021. Many additional transactions were catalyzed at her annual JPM Cross-Border Investments Summit over the past 5 years. Yanhong continues to serve as an advisor to several biotech companies and is also an advisor to California Life Sciences’ FAST program.

Prior to founding CTIC, Yanhong had nearly 20 years of experience working for fortune 100 companies in finance and marketing roles. Prior to founding CTIC, she led Financial Planning and Analysis worldwide forecasting at Sun Microsystems (a $7 billion-dollar company, acquired by Oracle).

Yanhong received her BA from Western Illinois University and MBA from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Yanhong spends most of her free time driving her son to his various sports and has started to enjoy watching sports that she previously had almost no awareness of.
