Yingying Chen has over 20 years of healthcare investment, investment banking, and operating experiences in the US and Asia and closed over 80 transactions ranging from IPO, M&A, Series A/B/C and pre-IPO financing, and licensing, with total deal value of $25+ billion. Her previously professional experiences include CFO at HKEX listed Harbour Biomed; Managing Director at GF Investments and China Minsheng International, Senior banking positions at Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland in Hong Kong, and at UBS in New York, and R&D research scientist with Pfizer.

Yingying holds a Ph.D. from University of Minnesota, an MBA from University of Michigan, and a B.S. from Miami University.
